My name is Kevin Leonard and I am the president of SESCO. I am a 40 year foodservice equipment industry veteran including 26 years with SESCO. I am a Certified Foodservice Professional as well as a graduate of the CPMR program. I am a proud supporter of the School Nutrition Association and the previous President of the Ohio SNA Industry Advisory Council. I am also a member of a variety of manufacturer advisory councils. I am a proud member of a wonderful golfing family. My wife of 43 years and I have played golf in all 50 states. My two sons and my two wonderful grandsons and granddaughter are also golf lovers.

My name is Dan Farmer and I am the executive vice president of SESCO. During my 30+ years in the foodservice industry I have held leadership roles in the Operator, Service, Manufacturing and Distribution segments and hold a Level 1 Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) designation with NAFEM. After receiving my BA from California State University, San Bernardino in 2000, I returned to the Buckeye State to settle in Central Ohio. It is here that I have the privilege of sharing my time with my wife of 20 years, our daughter (enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park), our son (member of the Sporting Padula Soccer Club) and our billet son (member of the Columbus Crew Youth Academy). When not helping make commercial kitchens work better or tending to my flock you can find me playing pickleball, announcing OOHS soccer games, watching the Columbus Crew or simply relaxing out back on the patio.

Previously, Carl was CFO and Senior VP of Operations at Mace Security Intl, Inc., Prior to that role he served as CFO and VP of Operations for Saeco USA, Inc., Carl and his wife have been married for 36 years and they have two daughters.

Hi, my name is Jeff Johnson and I am the Central Ohio territory manager for SESCO. During my 30 plus years in our industry I have held such positions as a multi-state territory manager for a large equipment, table top and smallware agency, National Hospitality and Chain restaurant manager for a tabletop and light equipment manufacturer, and also served as a national director of sales for a large tabletop and cookware manufacturer working with rep groups, distribution partners and key end users in various parts of the US
After attending SUNY Morrisville College in New York and several hospitality management programs I entered into fine dining, chain, hotel and club management. During this period, I was able to develop and direct many successful food and beverage programs, as well as mentor and lead many service professionals.
When I am not following my passion for our great industry, I enjoy boating on the big waters of the Great Lakes and oceans, watching my hometown Buffalo Bills football team and most of all spending time with my 3 wonderful daughters!
Fun fact; I also happen to be certified as a Wine Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers worldwide.

My name is Olivia Mathews. I am originally from Cincinnati, OH, where I graduated from Mount St. Joe with a BA in Educational Studies. For the past 12 years, I have worked in the food and beverage industry. I started in restaurants and then transitioned to sales, beginning with beer and moving to foods and non-foods. In July of 2024, I joined SESCO to continue my career in the industry. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending concerts, playing recreational sports, cuddling with my 3 cats, and spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends.

Jacob is a recent grad of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, later joining SESCO in Summer of 2023 to augment the Accounting Team. A spreadsheet savant, Jacob enjoys his role in preparing monthly reports, as well as having his thumb on a whole matter of issues from dealer commissions to payroll. He has previously worked as an analyst in the automotive Finance & Insurance space. A long suffering—but newly optimistic—Browns fan, Jacob spends his downtime supporting his local teams.
